Czech Y-DNA: Mutual relations of all haplogroups

This diagram shows relationships between unique haplotypes of all samples from our database in the form of Median-Joining network. Characteristic clusters of R1a and R1b can be seen. Clusters of other haplogroups cannot be so easily distinguished from each other, because of the low number of used markers.

The size of particular rings corresponds to the number of haplotypes assigned to the ring. The length of lines joining two rings corresponds to the number of mutations necessary to change one haplotype to another.

Missing marker values DYS437, 438 (total 65 records, one record for DYS389-1) were repaced by modal ones for corresponding haplogroups. Haplogroups were estimated by Whit Athey's program Hapest.

Processed 18.10.2007, 164 records, all haplogroups, 12 markers.
