Czech Y-DNA: Haplogroup R1a

Haplogroup R1a from the Czech Y-DNA Database point of view, Autumn 2009. Data is collected by Petr Lett. Graph at the resolution of 36 markers shows different sub-parts of haplogroup R1a distinguished by color. Colors are the same as in previous study. A new SNP mutation M458 revealed in November 2009 very probably defines a branch of sub-parts N and P (upper right part of the graph).
